We're seeking a highly motivated, organized and fast paced individual for the Accounting Biller Position.

Responsibilities

    • Checks all vouchers and obtains appropriate payment approval.
    • Essential Duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
    • Verifies that funds have been collected and the correct lienholder paid off before processing title applications.
    • Checks for accuracy in the application and ensures that all information is complete.
    • Prepares payoff checks for new vehicles and trade-ins.
    • Bills out all dealer trades and prepares Certificates of Origin.
    • Maintains a system to verify out-of-state titles.
    • Compiles and maintains a complete list of all outstanding title work. Reports to management on the status of any missing or problem titles and provides a current list of outstanding titles to the comptroller at the end of month.
    • Signs over titles for all wholesalers who have paid in full. Prepares a monthly report to management of any funds not collected from wholesalers due to missing or incomplete title work.
    • Posts vehicle Dealer Trade sales and purchases.
    • Cross-trains others to handle daily responsibilities.
    • Prepares overnight packages for outgoing checks and various paperwork.
    • Maintains professional appearance and a neat work area.
    • Provide additional Administrative support as needed.
    • Performs other related duties and assignments as required

Skills / Requirements

    • Reynolds and Reynolds or CDK experience is strongly preferred.
    • Ability to multi-task and problem solve.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Professional appearance and communications skills.
    • Integrity, a positive attitude and strong work ethic required.
    • Willing to learn and be receptive to new ideas.
    • Be a reliable Team Player.
    • Must have general accounting knowledge.
    • Must have computer proficiency and be detailed oriented.
    • Must be able to maintain confidential information.
