Create, enhance, and maintain budget or financial planning models, surveys, benchmarks. Evaluate, interpret and analyze data and business process and analyze/monitor new, routine and ad hoc reports. Provide support when compiling and reporting information and assume responsibility for data integrity among various internal groups and/or between internal and external sources. Support short term operational activities.

Skills / Requirements

Qualifications:

• HS diploma/GED required; BA/BS in Math, Economics or Statistics is strongly preferred


• 2+ Years telephony administration experience in a large multi-site call center required


• Detail oriented with exceptional project management skills


• Familiarity with SQL, required


• Project Management Certification or Business Analysis Certification a plus


• Experience with, Access, DTS, Microsoft Reporting Services, Sharepoint and Excel strongly preferred


• 2+ General Database Design Experience is required
