Position Description:


Support the development delivery of the clinical platform strategy for the broader eSync platform. This will include participating in the analysis, design and on-going support of the clinical platform and associated capabilities as well as consideration and development of future capabilities to drive operational efficiencies and an optimal consumer experience for the eSync platform.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Help define and execute strategy for new capabilities, tools, and processes to allow OHCS to better serve our clients and their members. Day-to-day work requires:

  • Business process design and documentation for existing and new capabilities
  
  
  • Participate and occasionally drive cross-functional coordination to deliver initiatives around capability development

Skills / Requirements

Requirements:

• 3+ year experience with business requirements for technology releases


• Intermediate - advanced level of skills Microsoft Excel


• 1+ year project management or project coordination experience


• Bachelor's Degree


• 1+ year of experience in a business analyst role


• Proficient with MS PowerPoint

Assets:

• Healthcare experience
