Jobing Description

The Assistant Manager is responsible for collaborating with the management team for aspects of the operation of the community residential program (ICF/IRA or Supportive Apartment). The Assistant Manager fulfills these responsibilities through the activities of the staff under his/her supervision. Therefore, the major responsibilities of the Assistant Manager include the training and supervision activities that are necessary to ensure that direct care staff are trained and monitored in all aspects of residential care and treatment, including the safe operation of the facility.

Position Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (Geed); twelve to eighteen months related experience and/or training desired.
