Billing Support Supervisor

Position Summary
As a Billing Support Supervisor in our Accounts Receivable (A/R) Department, you will oversee the day-to-day operations and key financial processes and decisions for a Revenue Cycle mgmt team & staff to improve performance and efficiency. Your emphasis in this process will be oversight to support invoice processing and data entry tasks responsible by this department. You will lead your team to achieve operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with established laws, regulations, policies and procedures.       

In addition, the Billing Support Supervisor will:      
Monitor reporting to address timeliness and accuracy of the data entry tasks.  
Support, plan and implement strategies and initiatives to improve operations and results including partnering with other internal departments.   
Supervise the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures to drive increased positive cash flow. 
Monitor and audit productivity goals, review level of progress and achievement, and recommend and implement measures for improvement.   
Provide support for all billing systems and accurately respond to questions regarding the appropriate use of the  systems while ensuring compliance.
