Leading payroll services company is seeking a Client Service Representative to join our growing team in our Frisco, TX office.

The Client Service Representative is responsible for servicing a book of business for new and existing accounts. As a Client Service Representative you will:

* Serve as the primary contact and relationship owner for assigned clients
* Answer questions and resolve issues regarding payroll, accounting, tax filing, money movement, and other related questions/issues
* Maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure retention and business growth

Skills / Requirements

Qualified candidates will:

* Have experience with client service/relationship management
* Possess a warm, "can do" attitude
* Have working knowledge of the payroll and human resource outsourcing industry
* Work well under various demanding situations
* Have the ability to gather and analyze information and effectively communicate the findings
* Have the ability to quickly address the needs of our clients and to tactfully handle difficult situations
* Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other common business software
* Have superior written, verbal and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
* CPP preferred
