Description
Job Summary:
Develops resolution to critical issues and broad design matters of a moderate to high degree of complexity. Manages high-level and complex financial and operational analyses by independently reaching out across work groups and divisions to find subject matter experts and important stakeholders to manage the work and achieve to alignment and resolution. Builds and maintains effective relationships between the business unit(s) and finance. Partners with senior level executives to initiate solutions or new approaches to address opportunity trends or significant issues.
Directly responsible for providing senior management in Automotive Services and the executive suite with insights into the overall financial picture of the Automotive Services function and services. Primary focus will be on evaluating the overall cost of the Club's end to end emergency road service function. Includes responsibility for evaluating the network, developing and maintaining financial forecasts, and building and maintaining relationships with Automotive Services management and regional managers.
Essential Functions / Principal Responsibilities:

* Builds and maintains effective relationships between the business unit(s) and finance.
* Manages high-level and complex financial and operational analyses by independently reaching out across work groups and divisions to find subject matter experts and important stakeholders to manage the work and achieve to alignment and resolution.
* Identifies unique issues through analysis of intangibles.
* Partners with senior level executives to initiate solutions or new approaches to address opportunity trends or significant issues.
Qualifications

Education, Work Experience, Licenses & Certifications
Required:
* Bachelor's degree in related area (Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent experience and education) or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred:
* 10+ years of related professional experience
* Post graduate course work
* Experienced with project and process management
* Requires knowledge of modeling techniques, financial forecasting, with strong analytical skills.
* Unique knowledge of the AAA business model extremely helpful.
* Must be able to support strategic initiatives from both a financial and operational perspective. Will also provide support to Finance in the overall assessment and analysis of the Club's operating expenses.
