What We Need This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced Full-charge Bookkeeper. The company is seeking a motivated, hardworking, and career minded individual to join our great team of professionals. The ideal candidate must be extremely focused, efficient, goal oriented detail oriented with strong skills. Ability to multitask, strong work ethic, attention to detail and positive attitude is a must.

Job Description
* Small Business Bookkeeping; General Ledger, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Billing, Accounts Receivable
* Cut checks for the owner's personal expenses
* Accounts payable processing for owner's personal expenses and household
* Accounts payable for several small businesses
* Post transactions and monitor multiple accounts
* Work directly with company owner to monitor, forecast and report ongoing project requirements
* Perform daily and monthly accounting activities including bank reconciliations, detailed general ledger / sub-ledger account reconciliations, and journal entries
* Preparation of monthly financial statements
* Ensure the timely filing of monthly sales and use tax returns
* Preparation of work papers for annual audits and tax
* Credit card transaction tracking and payment
* Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
* Consistently produce accurate and timely work
* Special projects as needed If you are interested in being considered for this opportunity
Requirements
Job Requirements
* Four-year Accounting Degree (Preferred)
* Quick books Experience (Preferred)
* Bookkeeping: 1 year experience
* Accounting: 1 year experience
