Position Description:

Primary objectives include acting as a liaison between business units including product, operations, and technology teams to discuss strategy, gather requirements, and conduct user acceptance testing. You will be responsible for working across multiple internal and external applications/systems. Candidate should have the ability to innovate from both a product and technology perspective. Day to day activities will include meeting with focus groups to gain insight on new initiatives, facilitating demonstrations of new technology, conduct and coordinate user acceptance testing, gather reporting requirements, and managing releases of new functionalist. This position is best suited for an individual who has a basic understanding of the technical side and is able to clearly communicate this information to both product and operations business users. Candidate should have applicable business experience to be able to collaborate and facilitate to build and update applications and ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Skills / Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of equivalent experience.


• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, and/or related field (i.e. handling and carrying out more task-oriented responsibilities, managing and maintaining deadlines and remaining organized)


• Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Excel (i.e. creating v-lookups, pivot tables, working with formulas and calculations, etc.)


• Basic PowerPoint experience

Assets:

• Consulting background with knowledge of business systems and operations processes is strongly preferred.


• Basic gathering and User Acceptance testing experience.
