Description:
The Payment Deduction Analyst reconciles deductions taken from customer payments to credits open on account. Where indicated, the PDA will issue credit to customers in accordance with Company policies and departmental procedures, so sound judgment and independent thinking skills are a must. Communication with external customers and with other internal departments is required daily. The PDA also prepares and enters Journal Adjustments to Accounts Receivable. Must have excellent math skills, communication skills, and should be detailed oriented.

Experience:
Employment background to preferably include accounting related experience. Strong PC skills (Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook) are required.

College degree in Accounting/Business/Finance is preferred.
