Our Finance and Accounting Team is looking for a strong Senior Fund Accountant who is primarily responsible for all aspects of day-to-day accounting for a multi-series LLC loan fund.


  • Reconcile loan level data in Nortridge loan software (principal, interest, charge-offs, refunds).
  • Calculate loan level P&L attribution in excel (realized gain/loss, unrealized gain/loss).
  • Calculate vintage level P&L attribution and charge-off trends.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly shadow partner allocations and NAV estimates in excel.
  • Perform daily/monthly cash, position and shareholder activity reconciliations.
  • Analyze/review complex expense re-allocation.
  • Review shadow books against fund administrator close package and correct any variances.
  • Prepare quarterly un-audited financial statements for third-party reporting requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with investors, fund administrator, and auditors.
  • Assist with interim/year-end fund audits and tax preparation.


  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting with 4 – 6 years relevant experiences
  • Candidates with CPA or MBA preferred.
  • Experience with fair value analysis for fixed-income securities using discounted cash flow method preferred.
  • Experience with Navision and Nortridge loan software preferred.
  • Experience with complex incentive allocations and XIRR calculations required.
  • Advanced excel and database skills
  • Team-player with proven ability to deliver results in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.
