JOB DESCRIPTION / PRIMARY DUTIES REPONSIBILITIES: * Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to GL accounts. * Create, maintain and process month end standard journal entries. * Balance sheet reconciliations. * Work closely with assigned branch personnel to compile and consolidate financial information. * Ensure financial transactions are in compliance with GAAP and SOX. * Responsible for consolidated monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting. * For leases and business licenses, handle all tracking, processing, accounting and reporting for the super region. * Collect appropriate data and prepare state and local reports for tax returns as needed. * Develop streamlined financial report packages for operating branches * Other work as requested. * Bachelor's Degree, Accounting. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: * 1-3 Years of Related Work Experience * General Knowledge of Microsoft 2007 products with emphasis on Excel and Access. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: * JDE experience a plus * General Knowledge of GAAP ANALYTICAL / INTERPERSONAL SKILLS: * Teamplayer / strong analytical skills / strong attention to detail / self - directed and motivated / well organized.
