Admin & Office Assistant
at A1 Placement
We are seeking two well-versed office assistants to reach the engagement and fundraising goals of a tight-knit software development team in Moreno Valley. This is a high paying role starting at $16.50 per hour, where you will provide direct administrative support for the organization’s two co-founders.
Work Atmosphere: A beautiful 2 floor office located at 17350 Perris Blvd with an open floor plan and tons of sunlight. You will work alongside a friendly, fun and collaborative staff of established industry leaders and rising stars.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting with billing and accounting reports: headcount, supplies, account changes, discrepancies
- Providing day-to-day tactical assistance, sales administration support, and project planning/tracking
- Tracking spending and inputting receipts into QuickBooks
- Drafting and maintaining compliant meeting minutes
- Creating project plans and timelines
- Prioritizing and organizing emails, keeping the team apprised of ongoing items
- Managing the workspace by providing personal assistance to the managing director
What Makes You Stand Out
- Proficiency in G-Suite and PC / Microsoft systems, specifically calendaring and scheduling
- Demonstrated ability to draft communications
- Extremely familiar with Quickbooks, Publisher and Excel
- Any Sales Administration experience helps
- Previous CRM experience (Salesforce) a huge plus
- You will need to be meticulous, driven, punctual and organized
Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Receptionist, Secretary, Desk Agent, Office Manager, Desk Clerk, Clerical Assistant or Bookkeeper is a plus.
