Job Description

We’re looking for an inspired and energetic individual who can run the office, organize field employees, scheduling and workflow for a fast growing tech company in Sacramento. We are not looking to train anyone… the ideal candidate should have experience in running a small office of professionals. What You will do:

  • Serve as point of reference for general administrative inquiries
  • Oversee day to day operation of office
  • Manage client database – client setup, track proposals and projects
  • Reconcile expense reports; prepare presentations and other forms of correspondence
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of office and data
  • Handle routine correspondence from both internal clients & external contacts
  • Answer & screen telephone calls
  • Ensure that all field expenses have been received and approved
  • Review, reconcile and manage employee expenses
  • Track project costs and job profit/loss
  • Process weekly time sheets and track ETO and PTO
  • Assist accounting in various tasks
  • Assist with mail, shipping by FedEx and UPS
  • Manage Social media and marketing tasks
  • Manage customer qualifications and billing on-line portals
  • Assist Human Resources with recruiting, screening and hiring

We seek someone who is a motivated, organized self-starter who is committed to learning and growth. What We Are Really Looking For:

  • Experience with planning and coordinating meetings and events
  • Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable//Billing experience preferred
  • 2 + Years’ experience in Microsoft Suite specifically PowerPoint
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and tech savvy
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  • Proficient in common office platforms(Email, Spreadsheets, Calendars, etc.)
  • Experience with Google Suite
  • Experience/knowledge of Quickbooks
  • Ability to use Adobe Suite to create content around products


Some Position Details:

  1. Compensation: $16.85 per hour
  2. Job Type: Permanent, long term
  3. Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Friday 9am to 5:30pm.
