    We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our team!

    Responsibilities

    This position will join our HR Team to manage and process designated payrolls, maintain our payroll, time/attendance systems, and prepare reports upon request.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Manage and process designated payrolls to ensure the timely, accurate, and compliant delivery of our payroll processes
    • Manage and process personnel record changes
    • Prepare and input new hire data to establish employee master records
    • Maintain payroll integration between Oracle HCM Cloud and ADP Vantage
    • Prepare routine and ad hoc payroll reports for internal and external purposes
    • Follow designated SOX controls to ensure auditing compliance
    • Provide assistance to employees and managers by answering payroll related questions
    • Collaborate and partner with the balance of the HR team
    • Support the sales commission process

    Qualifications:

    • At least 3 years of focused and relevant payroll experience, preferably in a public company
    • Understanding of payroll and HR laws, regulations, policies, and procedures
    • Relevant experience maintaining and utilizing ADP payroll services (Vantage and ADP Reporting)
    • Oracle HCM Cloud experience preferred
    • Strong and demonstrated Excel experience and skills
    • Associates degree in business, human resources, finance or equivalent experience.
