POSITION SUMMARY:
Do you want to help protect vulnerable individuals by ensuring that certified fiduciaries who make financial and life decisions are in compliance with rules and regulations? The Certification and Licensing Division is looking for a dynamic professional who is comfortable working in an innovative and fast paced environment where they can utilize and further develop their auditing and operational review skills.  

You will be:

  •  Working in a team environment.
  •  Conducting on-site compliance audits of certified and licensed entities and individuals, and preparing a final audit report for publication.
  •  Acting as the initial contact point on the audit process and responding to inquiries from the audited community, the public, judicial officers and court administration.
  •  Developing and initiating procedural plans for audits, gathering and securing information, reviewing court files and case files, and documenting the audit evidence.
  •  Administering the audit process and maintaining the confidentiality of the records.
  •  Performing research on issues involving fiduciary and other licensing programs.
  •  Delivering professional training to newly licensed fiduciaries and other professionals.

The Arizona Supreme Court is a nationally recognized leader for its innovative court programs. The Certification and Licensing Division is responsible for the development and administration of professional regulation programs that serve as models for other states.

Travel: up to 20% (primarily within Arizona).

SELECTION PROCESS:
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Some positions may take 4-6 weeks to fill. Only applicants whose backgrounds most closely meet the needs of the position may be invited to interview. The Selection Process may include first and/or second round panel interviews. This is a Regular, Full-time, exempt position.
