The Information Technology Division (ITD) of the Arizona Supreme Court is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join a team of technology professionals to renovate the Arizona Limited Jurisdiction Court's automated case management system.  This position performs methodical analysis, review, configuration and documentation of automated business functions and processes, including the information used and the data on which the information is based, in support of the statewide automated case management systems.  Additionally, this position identifies and defines requirements for the use of technology to improve any aspect of the business processes and case management systems.  This position acts as a liaison between the business units and ITD to create viable functional specifications and acceptance criteria in preparation for and support of the development and configuration of information systems.  

Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program qualified employer. 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
The successful candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related area and three years of business systems analysis experience.  Directly related experience may substitute for the degree requirement.  Other requirements include:  experience working within a Project Methodology framework; knowledge and understanding of design and analysis processes; excellent written and verbal communication skills; technical writing skills producing clear and precise deliverables; ability to organize complex requirements into accurate documentation for business and functional specifications; ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and efficiently; ability to perform tasks well with minimal supervision; ability to quickly and effectively analyze problems and implement solutions; and work well in a collaborative team environment.

Travel level: up to 50%.

SELECTION PROCESS:
