Job Description
As an Accounting Consultant, the responsibilities include:

- Assisting in coordination and preparation of required quarterly and annual filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission including Form 8-K, 10-Q and 10-K, as well as other filings on an ad hoc basis (SEC)
- Assist with the aggregation of financial data and the preparation of financial statement support schedules for documents filed with the SEC
- Assist in the annual planning, preparation and filing of the Company’s legal entity GAAP financial statements
- Aggregate and summarize financial information for inclusion in various presentations and reporting documents
- Assist in the review and verification of financial metrics and amounts included in various external presentations
- Support the fulfillment of other internal and external financial reporting obligations
- Coordinate the periodic review of the Company’s internal documentation with the Internal Audit group and external auditors in support of internal control assessment

Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of work experience in accounting or related field

Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Public Accountant or plans to pursue preferred
- Retail, Pharmacy Benefit Management and/or Insurance experience is preferred
- Big 4 Public Accounting Experience a plus
- Knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- Knowledge of SEC Rules, Regulations and Filings
- Detail oriented self-starter with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Effectively employ both written and interpersonal skills in accomplishing responsibilities
- Proven team player with ability to work with all levels of colleagues, including managers and peers

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
