Fortune 8 CVS Health has an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Accounts Receivable Relationship Manager you will be responsible for effectively managing the Accounts Receivable portfolio of long term care facility customers to optimize cash flow, minimize risk, and build customer relationships. Includes oversight of credit analysis and approval function, development of performance metrics, analyzing risk on customer portfolio, collaborating with account teams and other internal partners on resolution of customer issues preventing payment, negotiation of payment arrangements with customers, performing reconciliations on disputes and managing portfolio of promissory notes. Develop team performance through goal planning, colleague coaching, performance measurement, and identifying development opportunities. Successful performance in this role contributes strongly to the financial health of Omnicare.

Required Qualifications
* Minimum of 3 years related experience in a high-volume finance department with a customer service focus
* Accounting knowledge with emphasis on account reconciliation

Preferred Qualifications
* Strong written and verbal customer service skills
* Proven track record of reducing past due receivables
* Thorough understanding and working knowledge of FDCPA and HIPAA guidelines
* High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
* Proven track record of team development
* Healthcare industry experience preferred

Education
* Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university required
