We believe the role of Billing Associate will present you with such an opportunity, as you will work in collaboration with nursing facility staff, physician offices, and insurance companies to ensure timely payment of online submission of claims.

Hours: 130-10pm Days off are Wednesday with Rotating weekends

You will:

- Review and research rejected Third-Party claims taking appropriate action to resolve.
- Work backlog of denied claims for timely resubmission.
- Manage assigned queues keeping up-to-date and current on all claims.
- Make sure workflow grid is cleared daily and meet all productivity criteria
- Follow all applicable government regulations including HIPAA.
- Display behavior which exemplifies the Core Values.
- Other duties as deemed necessary

To be successful, you will possess excellent communication and problem solving skills, as well as the ability to multitask, meet deadlines and be flexible in a fast-paced work environment. Strong computer skills in data entry and Microsoft Office programs are also critical to your success.

Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED

Entry-Level familiarity with Excel/Access

Preferred Qualifications
Pharmacy technician certification highly preferred

Experience in pharmacy, managed care, Medicaid and/or Medicare organizations preferred

Education
High school diploma or GED
