Job Description
In the Compliance Consultant - Senior role, you will be responsible for analyzing data, developing reporting for key stakeholders as well as senior leadership. You will work independently and collaborate with the Compliance Review team and other colleagues to ensure program standards are adhered to. In addition, you will also conduct compliance reviews, both onsite and remote monitor reviews, to detect, mitigate and prevent potential compliance opportunities.

Primary duties and responsibilities include:
* Collaborate with the Compliance review team and key stakeholders to develop and maintain key data to track and trend compliance performance for a wide range of CVS Health business units.
* Develop materials used in the preparation and performance of compliance reviews. Perform monitoring activities to evaluate compliance risk and to recommend action to mitigate risk.
* Conduct compliance reviews, both onsite and remote monitor reviews, and have direct responsibility for the life cycle of those reviews from identification of an opportunity to evidentiary completion of a mitigation strategy.
* Identify and recommend areas of improvement to the Compliance Review leadership team to enhance the effectiveness of the program.
* Perform quality reviews of compliance review materials and prepare tools and resources to be used by the team to analyze program standards.
* Supports implementation and objectives of the Compliance Review Program.
* Other tasks as determined by management.

This position can work out of our facilities in Cumberland, RI, and Northbrook, IL. Some travel will be required.

Required Qualifications
* 3+ years with MS Office Suite including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in an auditing, compliance, risk or similar role
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in a regulated environment
* Healthcare/PBM or Pharmacy Compliance experience
* Visio or data analytics tools such as Tableau
* Industry certification in health care compliance or similar
* Pharmacy experience (Retail, Mail, Specialty or Long-Term Care)
* OSHA, EPA, DOT, DOL regulations knowledge
* Archer GRC experience or similar GRC software experience
* Experience performing legal and/or regulatory research
* Strong analytical, deductive, and problem solving skills
* Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills;
* Detail oriented. Flexible to adapt to changing requirements

Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience required.
