Job Description
CVS Health is seeking a Coordinator within our Medicare Part D Premium Billing organization. As the Coordinator, you are responsible for the review and processing of members written and verbal requests to update their Automatic payment options. We are looking for a team player who is self-motivated, innovative, and able to prioritize their own work with minimal oversight. You will also be responsible for updating member accounts and documenting all actions taken within multiple systems. Engagement from other business partners such as Customer Care, CTM/Grievances, Account Management, and the client may be necessary. The members requests will need to be resolved quickly with great attention to detail. Tasks will include research based off of CMS guidance, member provided information, and thorough review of inbound calls. Resolutions may entail analysis in multiple systems (Facets, PeopleSafe, SAP, etc.), creating documentation, or contacting the member. Must be proficient in Access, Power Point, and Excel; using all tools available to maximize productivity for the assigned work stream. As the Coordinator, you must be able to gather and validate information from different systems, provide clear and concise communication for final resolution, work diligently on assigned tasks, and communicate concerns as needed to ensure a smooth and positive experience for our Medicare Part D beneficiaries.

Required Qualifications
1 or more years MS Office experience, either academically or professionally

Preferred Qualifications
-Experience in finance, billing, or a related field,
- Background in Medicare or CMS related work
- Well organized and able to work under pressure while handling a high workload volume.
- Experience with problem solving and process improvement initiatives.
- Ability to pay close attention to detail and be able to work successfully in the highly regulated environment of Medicare Part D.
- Outstanding written and oral communication/ interpersonal skills.
- Ability to respond in a positive, proactive, and timely manner regarding potential account reconciliation issues or discrepancies.
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve operational and financial issues.

Education
Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required.
