CVSHealth is looking for a talented and agile analytics professional who will develop statistical analysis designed inform our messaging strategy and aid in achieving our mission of helping patients on their path to better health. As a Data Analyst, you will work with a high energy team that is motivated by the opportunity to drive better health outcomes for our patients and realize financial results within CVSHealth. We want to uncover new opportunities for our automated outreach platform, develop innovative strategies that capitalize on these opportunities, and then implement these strategies across our ~10,000 pharmacies and other enterprise assets (e.g. Digital, Patient Care Medication Adherence, Personalization Team, etc). We’re excited to work with somebody who shares our enthusiasm for great patient experiences and helping patients realize better health outcomes.

Your Typical Day Here Could Include:

- Developing analytics solutions to enhance the corporate understanding of our patients and measure pharmacy initiatives across the automated outreach platform
- Meeting with cross-functional teams to act as a liaison between business and technical teams or help interpret the results of an analysis
- Creating data visualizations that communicate insights to our leadership team
- Monitoring existing programs for operational issues or anomalous results
- Working with the pharmacy store teams (pharmacists and/or technicians) to collect feedback and suggestions for improving existing patient adherence programs
- Analyzing patient segments and developing recommendations for addressing the insights discovered
- Measuring the impact of tests or newly developed projects that provide a better customer experience for CVSHealth patients

Successful candidates for this position:
- Are able to bring a high degree of analytical rigor to their work
- Have strong critical thinking skills
- Are able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Are excellent communicators and able to explain technical concepts to cross functional partners

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of analytics experience
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- 6+ months of experience using Oracle SQL

Preferred Qualifications
- Quantitative Educational Background
- 2+ years using Oracle SQL

Education
- Bachelors or equivalent Experience
