This role will focus on helping CVS Health identify, test, and implement a portfolio of strategies to realize value in our Pharmacy Personalization Strategy efforts and achieve a mission of helping patients on their path to better health. As a Senior Analytics Consultant, you will work with a high energy team across the enterprise that is motivated by the opportunity to drive better health outcomes for our patients and realize financial results with CVS Health. We want to uncover new opportunities for our Pharmacy Personalization Strategy effort, develop innovative strategies to drive results and then implement these strategies across our ~10,000 pharmacies, ~1,000 Minute Clinic locations and other enterprise assets (e.g. Digital, Patient Care Medication Adherence, Service). You Typical Day Here Could Include:

- Working with our internal partners and vendor to articulate how they could build a new product that will help CVS Health patients on their path to better health using the automated voice and text channel
- Meeting with teams from different departments to brainstorm new ideas for improving CVS patient experience
-Working with the pharmacy store teams (pharmacists and/or technicians) to hear about their feedback and suggestions for improving existing patient adherence programs.
- Building business cases for potential new services and presenting it to leadership
- Analyzing patient segments that exhibit problematic behavior and developing recommendations for addressing the insights discovered
- Measuring the impact of tests or newly -developed projects that provide a better customer experience for CVS Health patients
- Designing, managing and executing mini-tests to confirm or deny a hypothesis about patient adherence.

Required Qualifications
-2+ years of analytics experience
-2+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
-6+ months of experience using Oracle SQL

Preferred Qualifications
-Previous experience in consulting, preferably in the healthcare industry
-Experience conducting analytics using Teradata SQL, and/or Tableau

Education
Verifiable Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
