The Analyst, Senior - Finance Innovation position will be supporting early to mid-stage products and services development from the earliest stages of ideation through to minimum viable product creation, pilot and commercial launch.

The Innovation Finance team is taking the assets and institutional knowledge of legacy CVS and Aetna respectively and building new products and services to meet unmet consumer needs in healthcare.

This Analyst, Senior - Finance will provide FP&A responsibilities of financial reporting, planning and analysis, general ledger reconciliations, journal entries and forecasting. In addition, the Sr. Consultant will support financial modeling and ad-hoc analysis. Ideal candidate will have experience working in a large corporation but the mindset of a start-up entrepreneur.

*Coordinating financial budgeting, forecasting and planning analysis - for the Kidney Care businesses within the Innovation portfolio.
*Additional activities will include measuring and reporting on key business drivers, creating financial reporting, IT investment management, pricing development, commercialization planning and execution support, regular and ad hoc financial reporting and analysis.
*To be effective in this role individual will partner with business leads, marketing, analytics, engineering, accounting, tax, and enterprise economics.
*May be asked to support strategic projects to benefit the Innovation finance team.

The role is available in Wellesley, MA or Cumberland, RI.

Required Qualifications
*3 or more years of accounting and/or finance experience, preferably in healthcare finance

Preferred Qualifications
*Financial modeling experience preferred
*Prior experience working within a project team
*Financial systems experience (Oracle Hyperion, SAP S4)
*Financial planning, analysis and reporting experience required
*Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel required
*Can work independently with business areas to collect and compile information
*Comfortable working in ambiguity and uncertainty
*Enjoys constantly learning new skills and business areas
*Comfortable working with several collaborators at the same time
*Ability to influence areas outside of direct control
*Business savvy with a focus for creating value for both consumers and the enterprise

*Bachelor’s Degree required; Finance or Accounting degree preferred
*Advanced degree in Business and/or FSA/CPA preferred
