Job Description
As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for providing accounting support, financial planning, and analysis for the Trade Finance and Client Rebates Department. You will also be responsible for maintaining sub-ledgers, performing monthly reconciliation of client payable accounts, processing collection & billing adjustments in the Rebate Payment System, and ensuring balances are in sync with Manufacturer A/R. You should also be comfortable performing internal control testing of certain Client Rebates functions in compliance with SOX, preparing monthly client profitability analysis, preparing monthly rebate booking files, and explaining variance drivers.

Required Qualifications
- 1 or more years of experience using Excel in a professional or academic setting
-1 or more years of professional work and/or internship experience, preferably working with Access, Excel, SAP, accounting transactions, analytics, or variance research.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing Access databases and applications for data transformation and validation, as well as setting up user interface forms and expertise in data mining
- SQL experience
- PBM experience is a plus
- Ability to understand and calculate complex financial arrangements
- Experience in trade finance, rebate operations, finance, or operations helpful

Bachelor's degree required. Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field strongly preferred.
