Fortune 7 CVS Health has a dynamic opportunity for a Financial Planning and Analysis Advisor to join our dedicated Finance Team. As the FP&A Retail Budgeting Advisor you will be focused on managing and leading the store level budget process for the roughly 9,600 store Retail chain. You will be responsible for store level Sales and Script budgeting, forecasting and analysis for Retail locations. You will partner and collaborate with multiple business owners across the enterprise. A strong understanding of Financial/Corporate Budgeting, Forecasting and Reporting and Accounting is required. Superior analytical, communication, and organizational skills are equally important in this role, as you will be interacting with senior management and field leaders on a regular basis. This is a key role in providing field management with the information it needs to make critical business decisions and achieve corporate targets.
The successful candidate will possess the following skills:
- Extensive knowledge of workstation software: Excel or spreadsheet, Word or document, Access or database, PowerPoint or graphics
- Proven ability to perform well and with a high degree of accuracy under tight deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and the proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Excellent analytical skills, communication skills with all levels, and the ability to work independently and as a team member

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of related work experience
- Knowledge of accounting and finance principles
- Prior experience working with large data sets

Preferred Qualifications
- Strong quantitative and statistical skills
- MBA preferred

- Bachelor’s degree required
