As a Senior Analyst within Medicare Part D Finance you will be the lead billing Analyst to invoice monthly premiums to Employer Groups and State Pharmaceutical Assistant Programs. You will work directly with internal business partners to understand the full scope of the premium billing system and billing job runs to resolve issues stemming from upstream processes, therefore proficiency in managing and leading projects as a subject matter experts is necessary. Financial reconciliations and audit processes will need to be completed in conjunction with core billing activity to support the overall accuracy of the data being invoiced.

Success in this role will require SQL and Access coding and debugging experience as well as excellent email and spoken communication skills, a willingness to partner cross functionally with internal and external business partners, proven time management skills and the ability to complete multiple tasks at the same time. This opportunity is with the CVS Health Medicare Part D business and therefore will require a constant focus on maintaining compliance with Federal and State regulations.

This role will also encompass monthly payment/billing reconciliations to support aligning member’s eligibility for our State clients. Quarterly financial reconciliations for these State clients will be carried out to align finances and mitigate risk.

Other support duties will include, but are not limited to, report validation, quality review and ad hoc requests to support other departmental reporting.

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years corporate finance experience.
- 2+ years using Excel for financial analysis.
- 2+ years with above average skill level using SQL/Access query coding and debugging code.

- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Critical thinking skills and the ability to solve moderate to complex financial issues.
- Accuracy and attention to detail is ideal in this position as accuracy is critical to the achievement of the financial goals set by the organization.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Ability to successfully function in a high volume, fast paced environment and to ability to complete multiple tasks at the same time within an expedient and accurate fashion.

Verifiable High School diploma or GED required.

Bachelor's degree preferred.
