The Financial Senior Analyst - Specialty Pharmacy position is an individual contributor role with a primary focus on execution. This position is at a developing professional level and requires an ambitious, motivated, and eager individual looking to work for an industry-leading Fortune 7 company. This role is within our Specialty Pharmacy Finance group and will play an instrumental role in the success of our team as we help people on their path to better health.

Key activities for the Financial Financial Analyst - Specialty Pharmacy include:
* Performing moderate to complex financial analysis including conducting research and identifying, designing, and implementing applications and tools to fulfill reporting and analysis needs
* Preparing and analyzing standardized monthly / weekly payor and drug class reporting and variance analysis
* Presenting monthly variance analysis presentations to senior leadership
* Performing ad hoc analysis and financial forecasts for the internal management team and external customers
* Assisting in the development of financial plans and continuously analyzing operating financial results through budget and forecast models
* Taking ownership of the budget and financial forecasting models in order to present accurate representation of future business performance
* Meeting with operational business partners to provide insight into business performance and help influence strategic decisions
* Supporting the infusion business to help develop, implement, and track strategic decisions throughout the financial forecast and budget cycle

Required Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience at a finance, healthcare or PBM related organization.
* 2+ years Microsoft Excel experience required, including: strong experience using functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, filters, macros, etc.

Preferred Qualifications
* SQL and data mining experience
* Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently or in a group
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to build strong relationships with other teams within the company and be able to adapt to change
* Ability to prioritize effectively to ensure all tasks are completed timely and accurately

Verifiable Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
