Job Description
Would you like to be part of a dynamic Finance team at CVS Health? As the FP&A Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Pharmacy Services Segment Information Technology portfolio to determine budget and capitalization of Labor and Hardware/Software purchases.

-You will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of reporting including monthly forecasts, variance analysis, and reporting risks and opportunities
-You will assist in developing the budget and support the annual planning process for the department across the segment
-Assist in the development, implementation and tracking of project based financial plans and reporting for the department’s portfolio of products and services
-You will work with IT executives to support their key initiatives from a business and financial perspective
-You will partner with the Corporate Finance team responsible for financial management of the business unit to support reporting and budget oversight functions
-You will conduct financial analyses related to cost savings and optimization goals
-You will provide financial and business optimization recommendations

Required Qualifications
-You have 10+ years in finance, budgeting, and/or analytical positions
-You are well versed in portfolio management, including hours management, SOWs and project ROI.
-You have experience collaborating with and presenting to senior leadership
-You have excellent technical skills; knowledge of spreadsheet and database software
-You have strong financial, analytical and process skills

Preferred Qualifications
-You build and maintain effective working relationships with other employees, key partners, and vendors
-You possess the ability to lead multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
-You have experience working in an IT technology environment and have experience with Capital planning
-You have worked within the Healthcare Industry
-You have a proven ability to develop analysis and reporting
- You have the ability to work in fast paced environment and be flexible with change
-You have advanced knowledge of Excel
-You have strong leadership and interpersonal skills, very detail oriented, strong organizational navigational and time management skills

Bachelor's degree required.
Masters or CPA a plus.
