In this exciting and highly visible role, you will be responsible for driving Hiring Support Center projects and steady state program analytics and project management.

This is a highly collaborative role where you will be responsible for providing day to day coordination of all activities pertaining to analytical projects including reporting, scope/requirements development and problem resolution. You will scope projects, analyze data, present analyses, build project schedules, define resource requirements and recommendations.

You will ensure project goals are focused toward a successful outcome by engaging Executive stakeholders throughout the process and create and deliver impact presentations for mid-level and senior-level audiences.

To be successful within this role you must:
- Be a creative problem solver, flexible, proactive and ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment.
- Have superior root cause analysis skills, including corrective action planning and ability to provide documentation to support analysis.
- Have ability to successfully balance deadlines, projects, and day to day responsibilities.
- Have ability to work independently and to recognize and resolve issues.
- Have strong presentation and communication skills with experience presenting to and fielding questions from Senior Management.
- Have the aptitude to communicate complex analytic findings and conclusions in an easy to understand way.
- Have experience using business analytics to problem solve data-driven questions.
- Have the ability to analyze complex data sets and present these data to executive leaders in a cogent and concise manner.
- Have experience performing operations analysis (stakeholder interviewing, simulations, decision based data model creation).

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of analytical experience that includes a strong understanding of analytics including methodology development, data summation and visualization in an industry relevant to CVS Health.

- 3+ years of business experience, preferably working in a client service environment or presenting to executive-level colleagues.

- Experience using tools such as Tableau to provide reporting tools/dashboards to monitor productivity and quality.

- Experience with the Microsoft Office Suites, including knowledge of MS Excel with modeling and macros, and direct experience extracting and manipulating large data sets

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with MS Access and SQL or other database systems

Education
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Bachelors Degree preferred
