Job Description
The Medicaid Business Analyst will be a key contact for Medicaid Encounter and Response file configuration and support within the Encounter Management System. The Medicaid Business Analyst will assist their department peers and managers in enhancing the current business processes.

This is a technical position that requires flexibility in supporting the day-to-day activities for all encounter submissions while applying creative problem solving and re-prioritizing as necessary.

Required Qualifications
2+ years of PBM or Healthcare industry experience.

Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of experience in claim file delivery, claim research, or data file transmission.
- Experience working with NCPDP Standards (D.0, Post Adjudicated), and State Medicaid Encounter file submissions.
- Above average Excel skills.
-Experience working with I-series (AS/400)
- Must have strong problem solving skills with the ability to work independently.

Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor Degree preferred
