Come join our Agile PMO team and participate in delivering the next generation of solutions on behalf of the Agile Project Management Office. We are looking for a talented and detail oriented analyst who thrives in a dynamic environment. This role support various tasks to ensure that a quality product is produced that meets business goals, delivered on time with no downstream impact.

As a Senior Analyst you will -

- Support a diverse set of responsibilities on the Agile PMO Team including project management, process improvement, solution requirements definition/testing and operations.
- Perform standard project management functions such as planning, scheduling, and tracking of progress towards deliverables using standardized tools, dashboards and methodologies.
- Solicit and document business, functional and non-functional requirements. Coordinate requirements walk-through and sign-offs, verifying that business, functional and process models accurately portray specific business needs.
- Identify, analyze, design, deploy and monitor standard Agile PMO processes
- Document Agile PMO processes, ensure approval and monitor adoption/compliance
- Track, measure and report on the adoption/compliance of standard processes and refine these processes as needed to increase adoption/compliance
- Analyze how process decisions and designs impact existing project management processes/tools and adjust processes as needed to increase benefit
- Lead the QA phase
- Write and execute test cases
- Perform defect tracking, analysis, and reporting
- Shares in the responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the Agile PMO and ensures solid coverage plans for critical/time-sensitive ongoing Agile PMO tasks

Required Qualifications
3+ years of progressive IT experience with focus on PMO/project/program management
3+ years of working experience with Microsoft office tools

Preferred Qualifications
- Proven PMO experience and subject matter expertise.
- Ability to prioritize tasks/objectives with strong organizational, time management, administrative, problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong analytical skills including the ability to analyze data and identify trends
- Strong exposure to formal software development and project management processes/methodologies
- Comprehensive understanding of requirements elicitation, analysis, specification, verification, and management practices
- QA Experience including writing and executing test cases
- Proficient business writing skills
- Proficient presentation and communication skills
- Ability to manage process development as a project
- Ability to credibly and comfortably interact with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Able to balance between tactical and strategic perspectives
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Visio
- Responsive, energetic, positive and diplomatic
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Illustrates strong initiative and ownership

- Bachelor's degree in an IT or equivalent discipline and 3+ years of experience or Associates degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
