Job Description
This Real Estate Senior Finance Analyst position will be involved in a wide range of financial tasks related to the retail real estate business. The position will support director-level decision making with key analyses in the areas of budgeting/forecasting, lease negotiation, store pro forma modeling, and store performance. This role will interact with various departments and levels of management within corporate and the field organization.

Required Qualifications
* 2-3 years of corporate financial role or Masters degree in Accounting/Finance.
* Bachelors degree.

Preferred Qualifications
* Deep understanding of corporate financial statements and financial concepts, and working knowledge of accounting principles
* High proficiency in Excel. Proficiency in Access a plus.
* Technical ability and underlying curiosity to review financial models in order to identify potential errors/issues and recommend enhancements
* Critical thinking skills that can be used to guide the creation of high-quality deliverables and discussions
* Ability to deconstruct complex problems and design practical solutions through data analysis and quantitative reasoning. Ability to perform deep-dive analytical reviews for key deliverables.
* Experience in budgeting/forecasting and reporting
* Results-driven with the flexibility to work both independently and within a team framework in a fast-paced environment
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
* Excellent verbal communication and writing skills
