Job Description
The Rebates Operations Support - Senior Analyst position oversees and helps drive the systems and technology utilized by the Industry Analysis department and any external client using our internal systems to effectively invoice pharmaceutical contracts, accrue to the G/L, collect the cash, and analyze the data.

Additional Responsibilities:
1) Build knowledge of internal systems and underlying table structures and be self-sufficient in being able to query on the tables.

2) Key conduit to our IT department for day to day department support, the support of all rebate related inquiries from other departments, and some maintenance of business (MOB) projects.

3) Identify opportunities for system enhancements.

4) Coordinates and assists with training of personnel in system related activities.

5) Help aid IT with any business process questions and help train IT on those processes.

6) Communicates to department on any issues or IT related maintenance tasks in which impact our business users.

7) Help in the development of a MOB project’s UAT test cases as well as help execute those test cases.

8) Support deploy activities including coordination of any conversion related activities.

9) Help build BI templates for our internal group as well as external clients.

10) Work with I.T. and oversee the security setup of the group’s analysts and leaders.

The successful candidate will possess the following:

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years professional experience, preferably in a technical or analytical role
- 2+ year experience with SQL in a professional or academic setting

Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ year experience with Access in a professional or academic setting
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical products/pharmaceutical industry a plus
- Experience using Microstrategy

Verifiable bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
