Senior Accounts Receivable Relationship Specialist

As a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist you will be responsible for monitoring the receivables on business to business account balances and specialized accounts for long term care facilities. This role is essential to ensuring the continued reconciliation of client account balances through the negotiation of payments arrangements and interpretation of client agreements. As part of the Facilities team you will work in a high volume, customer service oriented, team focused environment to help resolve client account balances.
The Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist will partner cross functionally with different teams to resolve complex client issues, process payments and follow up on promised payments and document client communications in the receivables systems.

* 3+ years of experience in high volume customer service environment, Business to Business Collections, or related financial operations function, using automated financial systems
* 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Office, specifically Excel/Word/Outlook/PowerPoint in a professional or academic setting
* Previous experience working with Medicare/Medicaid
* Experience negotiating payment arrangements
* Receivables or collections experience in a healthcare setting
* Bachelor's Degree in related field
Verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required
