The Senior Analyst, Client Reporting is a key role within the Omnicare Strategy & Marketing team. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for implementing our data enablement strategy used by the client reporting team, while influencing the greater Omnicare data strategy. In this role you will solve complex problems, while ensuring solutions set forth are easily understood and effectively implemented. You are expected to exhibit curiosity about the business to fuel rapid learning of our business and industry. You will report directly to the Sr. Manager of Client Reporting.

In this role you will need to:
- Be results-oriented aligning yourself with team and company results.
- Have a high-level of skill and experience in data analytics and be able to recommend business actions despite ambiguous or open ended questions.
- Possess the ability to communicate complex analytical solutions in a way that can be easily understood by multiple audiences.
- Have the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and on paper, and at multiple levels of the organization (in particular, PowerPoint presentations)
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and analyze and solve practical problems
- Meet strict deadlines

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with Product Development and Marketing teams to ensure the execution of our go to market strategies, creating customer facing reports that illustrate the impact of specific products
- Manage multiple concurrent reporting projects to successful completion
- Develop and deliver regular presentations to team leaders; effectively establishing logical frameworks, communicating key findings, and summarizing insights and implications
- Produce findings from multiple data sources, cutting through noise and recommending action
- Lead efforts to institute new KPIs, and tracking processes for those KPIs
- Integration of primary and secondary data sources, despite data needing to be cleaned
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with cross-functional teams
- Idea generation pertaining to both data enablement as well as report design, understand how reporting strategy aligns to broader business goals and provide data enablement roadmap
- Create strategy for database capabilities
- Data Structuring to enable analysis
- Perform UAT, providing meaningful feedback, ensuring outcomes within project constraints
- Engineer enterprise solutions (i.e. Tableau / iTools) to align with team goals
- Analyze data, produce insights, and perform root cause analysis

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years required in roles relating to business analytics.
- Familiar with computing languages, specifically SQL and Python.
- Advanced skills with data warehouses and data visualization software such as Tableau.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and a strong working knowledge of all Microsoft Office products

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience and knowledge of the Health Care Industry, with specific background in institutional pharmacy / retail pharmacy / pharmacy benefits strongly preferred

- Bachelor’s Degree; Business Administration with an area of study relevant to business analytics preferred
