Job Description
CVS Finance is embarking on a transformation journey, leading with the design and execution of a new Finance Enterprise Service Delivery (ESD) Model. This effort will be part of an overarching CVS Enterprise transformation. Sr Director, Transformation Finance is critical to the successful design and execution of an efficient and effective service delivery model for CVS Finance, driving improvements to how we deliver Finance and Accounting services to our internal partners.

Sr Director, Transformation Finance will serve as a key driver of large-scale opportunities, impacting CVS Health’s Finance functions. The ideal candidate is able to successfully collaborate with Finance leadership and the broader Enterprise Modernization team to define our future service delivery model and implementation roadmap. Sr Director, Transformation Finance will also be responsible for identifying and driving initiatives that result in more efficient and effective operations. Sr Director, Transformation Finance will lead executive and management reviews, ensure stakeholder alignment, facilitate ESD governance meetings and mechanisms, and maintain record of action plans based on management reviews. Experience with Finance Transformation is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
1. Lead the overall effort and partner with senior leaders across the organization to design innovative global workforce/workplace strategies that will have major transformative impacts on how Finance conducts its work.
2. Act as the point of accountability for the project
3. Build detailed business cases for initiatives and support the execution of the highest-priority initiatives.
4. Liaise directly with Finance Transformation, Enterprise Transformation, and CVS Finance leadership for ongoing stakeholder alignment
5. Influence senior leaders in Finance to support substantive changes to their approach of delivering operations
6. Establish, drive, and enable the overall vision and goals of Enterprise Service Delivery for Finance
7. Align workforce/workplace strategies with Finance leadership to support putting the strategies into practice
8. Resolve escalated issues (e.g., timeline, scope, budget, value, etc.)
9. High level of confidence and resilience, executive presence, and the ability to operate across many functions in the organization while effectively managing both up and down in a matrixed organization
10. Build and manage a high performing team of leaders to manage multiple, parallel transitions/transformation programs
11. Provide input and sign-off for key project deliverables

Required Qualifications
? 15+ Years of Business, Consulting, Strategy and/or Corporate Development experience.
? Director, Executive Director / Sr. Director or above experience
? Demonstrate understanding and confidence in the chosen solution, and the project approach
? Ability to identify areas for improvement and generate and gain alignment on alternative design solutions
? Develop strong relationships and ability to influence at executive level; experience leading complex, global process and people transitions.
? Generate enthusiasm, commitment and alignment
? Strong program management, communications, and executive presentation skills.
? Make difficult decisions in a timely manner, while understanding the impacts on people and processes
