Fortune 8 CVS Health has an exciting opportunity for a Training and Development Manager PBM Finance to join our dynamic team. As the Training and Development Manager PBM Finance you will lead training and development activities for the PBM Finance team, including FP&A, Accounting, Client Profit, and Trade Finance groups. You will partner closely with the finance leadership team to develop a training and development agenda and will execute on the design and delivery of training to new and existing employees. You will be a highly-organized self-starter and will work both independently and cross-functionally to identify and deploy best practices and available tools from across the enterprise to include the following key responsibilities:

* Conduct ongoing in-depth evaluation of finance organization, including critical objectives, activities, and systems
* Develop robust training and development agenda to advance organizational performance
* Produce training modules, materials and presentations that are specific to finance professional needs and supplement existing enterprise-wide training
* Design and delivery of training via in-person classroom training, online or web-based training, and peer-to-peer training
* Evaluate existing training tools and platforms available within the enterprise and make recommendations for most effective delivery modes
* Partner with training & development functions across the enterprise to build on best practices and ensure alignment to broader enterprise finance training and development agenda
* Coordinate new hire onboarding / training and recurring training sessions for existing employees
* Maintain training calendars across finance groups
* Actively pursue feedback to continuously improve training curriculum
* Oversee ongoing development and maintenance of SOPs across the team
* This role requires travel

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in training / learning & development roles
- Experience with developing and deploying adult learning techniques

Preferred Qualifications
- General knowledge of human resources and financial planning systems, such as Hyperion, SAP, S4/HANA, Analysis for Office
- Experience in healthcare, including health insurance, PBM and specialty / infusion pharmacy
- MBA or other advanced degree a plus

- Bachelor’s degree required
