Job Description

A Phoenix based Auto Finance and Lending Company is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented & motivated Accountant. We are an established organization offering a positive work environment, servicing a wide variety of customers and industries. Responsibilities and qualifications included below.

Responsibilities

As an Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for assisting the accounting team with managing day to day operations. Learning various aspects of the operations and assisting with financial data input.

Daily Duties

  • Assist with work order input into our software
  • Compile transaction summaries in Excel
  • Perform transaction research as needed
  • Assist with managing vendor relationships and payables 
  • Maintain/create vendor files
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested by leadership

Skill / Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong client service skills 
  • Solid experience using MS Excel and Word
