Dealership Office Associate

We are currently on the search for an experienced Office Administrator with an accounts payable background for an Arizona based dealership with locations throughout the state. This position also has dual responsibilities in accounting as well as the overall Office Management. There may be minimal human resource duties to perform as needed.
Previous dealership experience is highly sought after as well as experience using EVO Lightspeed software.

Previous experience in a dealership setting.
Previous experience using Lightspeed is highly desired.
Someone who is willing to learn and grow.
A customer-focused mindset.
Professional and courteous.
College degree is preferred but not mandatory (previous work experience in lieu of degree is acceptable).
Demonstrates strong ethical behavior and adheres to compliance guidelines.
