The Pacific Terrace is seeking candidates with an upbeat attitude to go above and beyond guests' expectations. Individuals must have excellent customer service skills, be professional, and friendly with good written and verbal skills. Prior knowledge in computer is necessary and Opera experience is a plus.
Flexible schedule is required and must be available on weekends and holidays. This is a part-time position.

Job Purpose: To ensure all revenue is posted to the correct departments and to balance all revenue departments on a daily basis, and complete all necessary reports.

Job duties and responsibility:
1. Act as a Guest Service representative and manager on duty during the night time hours.
1. Follows night audit checklist and completes task in a timely manner.
2. Answer and relay all incoming calls, schedule and deliver wake-up calls as requested.
3. Monitors house accounts Gift Shop, Attraction Tickets, Clearing Account and ensure all postings are correct and accounted for.
4. Sorts shift work balancing adjustments, and charges making all necessary corrections and maintains all necessary system backups daily and turning day over.
5. Completes credit card balancing and processing in a timely manner, ensuring that work is transmitted daily and all back up filed properly.
6. Updates all spreadsheets assigned by Front Office and Accounting.
7. Accounts for all necessary backup/reports daily.
8. Attend and actively participate in all front office meetings.
9. Participate in all training and cross training programs.
10. Take the initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner.
11. Completes and sends MOD report to all staff with accurate information.
12. Other duties as assigned.

Job Skills:
1. Understand and use math concepts in order to design a financial or economic system.
2. Work math problems quickly and accurately.
3. Understand and use computers and related equipment.
4. Speak and write clearly to report financial information.
