Job Description

Position Title: Full-Time Overnight Guest Service Agent / Night Audit

Job Responsibilities:

* Performing guest service functions including, but not limited to, guest check-in and check-out, PBX, concierge duties, reservations, bell, and valet duties and retail services
* Completing shift checklists, running night audit reports and processing related transactions in preparation for the following day
* Making, confirming, and cancelling guest reservations
* Receiving guest requests and/or issues and ensuring appropriate actions have been taken to resolve them
* Communicating with other departments as needed to resolve guest requests and complaints
* Answer inquiries pertaining to the resort's amenities, service, policies, local attractions, and directions
* Any other duties as needed

Shift: Overnight

Day(s) Required: Open Availability

Anticipated Start Date: Immediately

Minimum Requirements:

* Prior guest service, reservations or related experience required
* Prior experience with Opera (or similar) preferred
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Ability to multi-task and resolve guest issues
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organizational skills
* Flexibility in schedule
* Possess self-motivation
* Ability to work independently
* Must be able to stand for long periods of time
* Must be able to communicate with guests from all around the world
