Position Description
Analyzes and coordinates office services such as personnel, budget preparation and control, fiscal affairs, equipment utilization, records control, and special management studies.

Major/Essential Functions
Manage the workflow of the contract database and assist departments with routing all contracts through the internal review/approval process. Identify contracts that require Legislative Budget Board submission or TTU System Board approval.
Assist contract managers and department administrators with compliance and provide recommendations during the preliminary review of all agreements.
Prepares ad-hoc summaries for all pending contracts for follow up with agencies or internal contacts.
Assist with contract obligations for notice requirements and external reporting requirements. Collaborate with departments in developing streamlining and controls for contract obligations.
Prepare and review risk assessment and enhanced monitoring controls as needed for revenue and expense contracts. Complete the contract life cycle for all terminated and expired contracts to ensure compliance.

Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of contract processing and general real estate terminology. Knowledge of TTUHSCEP's organizational structure and clinical services provided. Bachelor's degree in a business related field preferred. Ability to multi task and manage strict deadlines.

Compensation is commensurate upon the qualifications of the individual selected and budgetary guidelines of the hiring department, as well as, the institutional pay plan. For additional information, please reference the institutional pay plan on the Human Resources webpage.

Required Qualifications
