Major Responsibilities:
Financial Manager role on the Risk Management Finance team. Responsible for owning end-to end yearly Budgeting / Planning process, monthly Financial Forecasting, Reporting, complex financial studies, and communication/partnering among global cross-functional teams.
Specific Responsibilities include:
  • Leading working sessions with Senior level Business Partners to address business needs and resolve issues
  • Participate in monthly Forecasting practices and produce high quality Business Driver Studies
  • Partner with Transfer Pricing and Allocation teams to implement and maintain appropriate methodologies
  • Establishing end-to end Reporting Cadence
    • Financial Reporting
    • Staff Replacement / New Position Approval
    • Staff Recruitment Updates
  • Bachelors or Masters in Accounting or Finance
  • 3-8 Years Banking Experience (with general understanding of Bank Accounting and Finance principles)
  • Experience with Budgeting, Forecasting, Reporting; FP&A Experience a plus
  • Proficient MS Office; Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint a plus
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under time pressure and handle multiple tasks/projects at the same time
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to include listening, verbal and written skills
  • Ability to lead meetings and comfortable presenting at all levels of management
  • Problem resolution skills with strong analytical skills and sound judgment
  • Japanese (spoken and written) a plus
