Vibra Healthcare's Central Billing Office located in Irving, TX is seeking a Full Time Commercial Billing Manager - Hospital Collections to join our team!
Using discretion and independent judgement, the Commercial Billing Manager is responsible for managing the A/R for all commercial patient accounts and working with various hospital departments among the different Vibra Healthcare facilities.
  • High school diploma and at least four (4) years of college education or relevant experience.
  • Minimum of five (5) years billing experience in a healthcare facility and two (2) years of supervisory experience.
  • UB04 experience is required.
Additional Qualifications/Skills:
  • Strong background working with Physicians in a large setting
  • Specific knowledge of all payer billing and collecting practices of a hospital or healthcare facility
  • General knowledge of office practices and computer systems.
  • Ability to handle information in a confidential manner.
  • Ability to project a professional image.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
  • Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.
  • Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant. 
  • Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
  • Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.
