    Summary:
    Fluent Health provides national strategic and operational health plan support to provider organizations which serve their local communities. The Strategic Client Executive reports directly to the Vice President of Client Integration Services and plays a dynamic role in the success of the organization by actively managing the Fluent Health / Client(s) relationship to include, strategic account planning, problem solving, client satisfaction, and retention. The Strategic Client Executive works concurrently with the integration program manager during implementation and is the lead point-of-contact for all matters related to their assigned client(s). This role is responsible for managing the transition period from stabilization through steady state. Leadership functions will include the following: developing client(s) relationships, strategic account management and planning, managing change orders, identifying growth and new service opportunities, developing renewal strategies, and monitoring / communicating service and program performance to the client(s) and the Fluent leadership team </

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:
    *Serves as the central lead for all client management and service functions with national clients
    *Partners with Fluent Health support teams to deliver optimal contract performance, ensure clients receive service excellence, and all contractual deliverables are met or exceeded.
    *Responsible for building successful client relationships, creating client loyalty and understanding client values, vision, and measures of success.
    *Establish and maintain strong and appropriate relationships with clients at all levels, especially with executive and senior-level leadership ; ensure Fluent senior management has customer specific board level contacts
    *Acts as the primary client partner to deliver contract stabilization, maintenance and timely problem solving leveraging Fluent Health s extensive resources
    *Develops and executes client partnership plans to define and drive continuous improvements in value, satisfaction, relationships, and strategic alignment & integration
    *Direct client specific initiatives, which deliver value added services through the execution of client specific business plans
    *Responsible for end-to-end contract management with external client(s)
    *Monitors, manages, and communicates Fluent Healths overall value proposition to clients
    *Leverages Fluent Healths significant health plan engagement experience and technological investments to deliver on contractual deliverables
    *Accountable for the maintenance, growth and increased profitability of existing business, the addition of add-on business, and the strategic direction of assigned client accounts.
    *Development of formal presentations, oversight of work plan execution, oversight of program management activities and ongoing relationship management
    *Leads client-facing and internal client meetings
    *Establish layered progress reporting processes that track the timing and quality of delivery, meeting of objectives, identification and effective elevation and intervention of issues or opportunities
    *Develop and monitor client performance measures including renewal planning, negotiation and profitability levels
    *Proactively identifies growth opportunities to address additional client business objectives
    *Drives contract renewal/negotiation, including ensuring pricing and contract terms are aligned with Fluent Healths profitability targets<B

    Qualifications

    Requirements:
    Education: Bachelors Degree
    *7+ years of relevant experience in strategic planning, health plan operations and management, or account management; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background
    *3+ years experience in health plan or other business leadership role required. Strong understanding of health plan operations and integrated healthcare systems. Program management experience in complex and multi-faceted programs.
    *Strong working knowledge of managed care systems
    *Ability to work across Presbyterian and Fluent Health to engage subject-matter-experts
    *Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    *Demonstrated commitment to serving clients
    *Excellent communication skills, including written, oral, presentation, and listening
    *Ability to collaborate with both internal and external partners
    *Ability to work effectively within a fast paced, complex organization as well as the flexibility to ensure client needs are met on required timeline to ensure results
    *Ability to travel from 10 - 20 percent of the time
    *Other duties as assigned
