We see increasing demand for professionally managed single-family rental homes and anticipate continued growth.

Progress Residential has a national footprint with our executive office located in Dallas, Texas, our corporate office in Scottsdale, Arizona and regional offices in Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, Houston, Indianapolis, Jacksonville, Las Vegas, Memphis, Miami, Nashville, Orlando, Phoenix, Raleigh, Sarasota, and Tampa.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Train/mentor new hire tem members
  • Review/push vendor invoice workflow to field markets for approval
  • Review denied/rejected vendor billing from field markets
  • One on one weekly meetings with each member of their teams
  • Post tenant refunds
  • Research for duplicate payment recovery
  • Response to AP Inquiries inbox / research vendor statements
  • Assist with research on stale dated vendor checks
  • Monitor Vendor Cafe - incoming vendor invoices
  • Complete CSV uploads for monthly vendor billings
  • Assist with daily data entry (as needed)
  • Assit with check writing process (as needed)
  • Accounts Payable experience preferred
