Seeking a Accounts Payable Manager for a full-time position throughout the valley.

* Experience working in an automated environment- not so much manual
* Implementation experience with new systems is a huge plus!
* Since moving to SAP, they have undergone many issues- really looking for someone with process improvement
* Conflict resolution to resolve performance issues
* Mentoring and coaching supervisors
* Handling heavy escalations
* Needs someone who can connect the dots and has accounting in their background- understands the full process
* Currently has $6K aging invoices sitting in the queue waiting for approvals and some individuals don’t know how to login to get them approved- needs someone who can train and be hands on to get the team moving
* Looking for a take-charge personality, can be hands on starting out until things get set in place.

* *Must have large company and high-volume experience* - Processing 20K+ invoices/monthly
* Managing 3 AP Supervisors
* Overseeing a department/team of 35 employees
* Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, Finance, Business or related
* 2+ years’ experience with large company and high-volume AP, management
