Job Description

Robert Half's Healthcare team is seeking a part-time Bookkeeper in Phoenix! If you have worked with A/P, A/R, General ledger, and financial reporting, then you may be the right candidate for this Bookkeeper opportunity. Main Responsibilities:

- Maintain and balance general ledger

- Maintain accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions

- Design Accounts Receivable invoices, analyzing payments received, and record deposits

- Arrange financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information

- Maintain quality historical records by filing documents

- Settle accounts by reconciling entries

- Manage a well-organized system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; define bookkeeping policies and procedures
- Prior experience working with various types of accounting software desired

- Account reconciliation experience

- Full charge bookkeeping experience

- Command of accounts receivable

- 1+ years of previous experience as a Bookkeeper

- BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred
